We don’t have that problem as much [because we are] a physician-owned company. In certain states we are better able to supply you a doctor than you are actually to hire one yourself. If that isn’t a problem for you in your state, I will say that part of the beauty of working with us is that physicians overall, even if they are geriatrics trained, don’t necessarily have altogether what they need to do to practice in the setting that is the nursing home.
